Having gone on a college trip to Sarnath, we decided to take on the task of creating a brand identify for the same from scratch.
This was a group assignment given to us and I had taken up the task of social media branding and creating a booklet which would give insights about the museum and the artifacts within.

We researched quite a bit about the mythology and stories surrounding Sarnath in order to get a better understanding about the approach that we should take. We picked up key points from history which translated to key components which would form our logo.
For my collaterals, I began by sketching numerous page layouts which could depict the feeling of actually being within Sarnath. It was quite the iterative process and the final booklet went through many changes.


the challenge
The biggest challenge we faced as a group was maintaining cohesive brand language and identity throughout all our works. We changed our designs quite a few times until we were satisfied that the collaterals went well together.







CONCLUSION
This project was my first experience when it came to developing an application which was inclusive towards the visually impaired and made me think about my approach going into it.
While I am happy with how the application turned out, there are many more features which I could have explored and added onto it. Hoping to expand this project in the future.
