A deep dive into expanding the reach of local food vendors and increasing trust between elderly customers as well as those suffering from various types of allergies in order to deliver customised and catered food to them.

From a list of five different problems, I decided to go with this one to create an application which would look at designing custom solutions for different food requirements for people suffering from allergies as well as the elderly.
Once the literature review was conducted, I was on track to follow my design process and understand the user before developing the application further to understand what the final product needed.
the challenge
While providing custom solutions by local tiffin vendors proved to be an interesting initiative, I also had to think of methods to make the process of providing this food and level of customisation easy on the vendor.
An application was created which hoped to solve various problems which were discovered in the research process. The features aimed to combat trust issues and make the process of customising and managing subscription much simpler.
CONCLUSION
I enjoyed creating this application as it was a deep dive into designing on a much smaller screen and creating an application which was helpful to an underserved part of our community.
I am quite proud of the research behind this project as I learned many new techniques which I used in future designs.
